Master of Technology [M.Tech] (Electronics and Communication Engineering) From GIMT, Guwahati

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 years Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

• Candidate must have passed the Bachelor degree (B.E./B.Tech.) or equivalent in Engineering or relevant field. Must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for SC & ST candidates) at the qualifying examination.
• Must be mentally and physically fit and must possess a good moral character.

Entrance Exam: To get admission into the M.Tech. courses, the candidate has to qualify in one of the following Examinations:

• Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
• GIMT Selection Test for M.Tech. 2021.
• GATE qualified candidates shall be given preference and these candidates do not have to appear in the GIMT selection test.
