RUHS College of Medical Sciences was established in 2014 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The college is affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. The college offers students a MBBS degree, Paramedical courses and Research programs and much more. The hospital inside the campus provides a great opportunity for the students to get practical knowledge and make it easier for them to shift from being a student to being a doctor. To be eligible for admission, one must fulfill the eligibility criteria required for the course. The admission process begins after the results for the entrance exams are announced. The RUHS uploads a choice filling form on its website where students have to register, fill-up the application form, and enter their choice along with uploading their documents. The college releases a merit list that will be announced on the official website and a time table for the counseling will be put up. Seats will be allotted as per the candidate’s merit and availability.
The institute has Government Rukmani Devi Beni Prasad Jaipuria hospital near the campus that helps in gaining real-life experience out of the textbook for aspiring doctors. The course has a 1-year compulsory internship program for students to gain hands-on experience. The college also has a 100% placement record with good placement packages.
The college offers scholarships to the students who are economically backward and covers at least 70% of the fees. Other than that students can apply for loans from banks.
