The OIM has a vast, aesthetically pleasing, and all-inclusive campus with academic and extracurricular activities happening around the year. Along with a big entrance lobby, there are large open areas and inspiring murals. Additionally, the overall ambiance is very positive and truly suitable for the teaching-learning process. The college location being in Navi Mumbai allows students to explore the history, heritage, and beauty of the city through its religious sites, Central Park Kharghar, Wonders Park, Rock Garden, Utsav Chowk, Kharghar and Parsik Hills, PandavKada Falls, DY Patil Sports Stadium, and Jewels of Navi Mumbai followed by mountains, and waterfalls, etc. Given below are some of the amazing facilities the institution has for its students and staff members.

Smart Lecture Halls: The college has developed hi-tech, commodious, and new-gen classrooms on its campus. All the lecture halls have been designed after rigours analysis and consideration of aesthetics as well as functionality. Each class has the facility of air conditioning, permanent ceiling-mounted LCD projectors, and other audio-visual aids to provide an interactive learning experience to students. Apart from this, this setup makes it easy for teachers to deliver course content through PPTs, and pre-recorded/animated videos. A separate facility also exists on the premise of giving a focused space to students for uninterrupted study. This space can be accessed by them during holidays and even for extended periods.

Seminar Hall and Conference Room: OIM Navi Mumbai has a people-friendly, and state-of-the-art Seminar Hall. It has a seating capacity of 250 participants and is used during key events like Seminars, executive series Discussions, Guest Lectures, and various co-curricular and fun activities. All kinds of necessities ranging from the latest audio-visual aids, projectors, enough lighting, and comfortable seating arrangement followed by a public address system. Then three is a well-built Conference Room with a seating capacity of 50 people. This facility is well-resourced with modern facilitating tools required during strategy meetings or a faculty development program.

Computer Lab: This amenity is built with the aim to enhance the IT skills of individuals, make them digitally competent, and allow them to make the best use of online learning resources to give an edge to their skills. The computer lab is fully air-conditioned and has 120 branded workstations configured with required software and applications and networked with unlimited internet access.

Library: The college has a big and wonderful Knowledge Center also known as Library. The objective is not only to inculcate the lost reading habits in students, and supplement everyone’s knowledge but also to assist people for their research work by making available a plethora of printed/digital resources. It hosts a vast collection of over 7000 books, 22 periodicals, and national and international journals covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials. Additionally, there is a large collection of many reference books and an “E-Granthalaya” facility. 

Amphitheater: There is also an open-air amphitheater inside the institute premises and it is used during different inter-institution activities and events throughout the year. This space has a seating capacity of 300 students.
