Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar Polytechnic Jhargram Diploma {Lateral} Metallurgical Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 years Full-time Diploma In Engineering (Lateral) Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:

• Criteria: Must have passed or appeared the (10+2) Examination of the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (Vocational Education Division) [erstwhile, West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education & Training] or having passed 2 years’ ITI plus Madhyamik or equivalent examination passed. Appeared ITI candidates are not eligible for VOCLET. ITI trades must be of continuous 2 years duration and a single certificate should mention that. Candidates having passed vocational course from Councils/Boards other than WBSCT&VE&SD (VED) [erstwhile, WBSCVE&T] are not eligible.

Entrance Exam:

• Admission is entirely through VOCLET conducted by WBSCT&VE&SD.

Age:

• No age criteria.
