Diploma in Patisserie (Bakery & Confectionery) From IICA, New Delhi

Aspirants seeking admission to the course must have passed 10+2 from a recogized Board and should be fluent in English.

Admission Procedure:

• For Delhi Resident – Student will have to sit for an an entrance exam(General Knowledge, English Reading, and Logical reasoning) at the institute.
• For Non Delhi Resident – Telephonic/ Skype interview will be conducted.

Level-3 Diploma Professional Patisserie and Confectionary (18 months)

• Number of students per session: 36 - 40
• Number of students per batch: 18 – 20
• Classes held per week: 5 (Practical: 3 & Theory: 2)

5th semester – September/March

6th semester – November/May
