IICA Delhi also offers Hobby chef courses begining in the month of March. Candidates will receive course completion certificates and also the printed recipes provided at the beginning of the class. Courses offered are:

  • Bakery & Pastry Program
  • World Cuisine Program

Step 1: Fill up the application form and send it to the email address along with the following documents:

  • 12th mark sheet
  • Proof of ID

Step 2: If you are a resident of New Delhi, then you will need to visit the institute for Face to Face interview (general interaction) with chef.

Candidates who are outside residents of New Delhi, the counselors of the institute will arrange for a Telephonic Interview with them.

Step 3: If the candidate is selected through the Telephonic Interview, then they have to register themselves within 48 hours by depositing INR 30,000/+18 % GST [INR 10000/- security amount (refundable only after the completion of the program) + INR 10000/- (Uniform & Tool Kit Fee and Shoes)] + INR 10000/- (WACS Registration)

Note: The institute provides merit scholarship scholarships upto INR 45,000.

Ques. Are there any online programs conducted by IICA Delhi?

Ans. Yes, IICA Delhi conducts online classes teaching their students all sorts of cuisines and desserts.

Ques. Does IICA Delhi help in securing an internship?

Ans. Yes, IICA Delhi has tied up with leading hotels/ bakeries/ Restaurants for the internship. The institute assists in finding internships at 5-star properties. The institute recommends all students undergo an internship even if they want to open their own venture

Ques. Is there any scholarship facility available for student at IICA Delhi?

Ans. Yes. IICA Delhi offers INR 45,000 as scholarship to Students who score 95% or more. Further, INR 25,000 is given as scholarship to Students who score 85% or more.
