Candidates who have completed their 10+2 studies after having obtained minimum 60% marks (Minimum 55% for sponsored category) from any stream are eligible to apply for the B.A. LL.B, B.Com., LL.B and BBA LL.B courses at AIGLER.
Seats to B.A. LL.B, B.Com., LL.B and BBA LL.B courses will be allotted based on applicants’ 10 + 2 percentage and their performance in an English Language Test and Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the college.
Candidates who have completed their graduate studies from any stream and have obtained minimum 50% marks in aggregate in their graduate studies are eligible to apply for the 3 year LL.B course at AIGLER.
Candidates who are holders of an LL.B degree or an equivalent and have obtained minimum 50% marks in the same are eligible to apply for the LL.M course at AIGLER.
Seats to the LL.B and LL.M courses will be allotted based on applicants’ performance in a written test, English language test and personal interview, which will be conducted by the university.
Candidates interested in applying for the Ph.D. and M.Phil. courses are required to be holders of a Master’s degree in Law with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA, from a recognized Indian or foreign university.

Amity Institute of Global Legal Education Research offers the B.A. LL.B, B.Com. LL.B and BBA LL.B courses at the graduate level. These courses will be taught for a span of 5 years each.

Amity Institute of Global Legal Education and Research LL.B and LL.M Admissions 2023

Amity Institute of Global Legal Education Research offers the LL.B and LL.M courses at the post graduate level. The LL.M course is offered under 12 specializations. The LL.B course is taught over a span of 3 years and the LL.M course is taught for a duration of one year.

Holders of a Bachelor’s degree from any stream are eligible to apply for the 3 year LL.B course, provided they have obtained minimum 50% marks (minimum 45% marks for sponsored category). Minimum eligibility criteria for applying to the LL.M course require the student to be holder of an LL.B degree or equivalent and to have obtained minimum 50% marks in the same.

Admission to the LL.B and LL.M course can be obtained by taking up the written test, English language test and personal interview, which will be conducted by the college. Admission will be granted only upon satisfactory completion of all the three rounds.

Amity Institute of Global Legal Education Research offers the M.Phil. and PhD in law as courses at the doctorate level. PhD in Law is offered as a part time course.

Applicants to the M.Phil. and PhD courses are required to be holders of a Master’s degree in law and to have obtained minimum 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA from an accredited Indian or foreign university to be eligible to apply.

Amity Institute of Global Legal Education and Research Application Process 2023

Application form can be obtained either online or from the college office. Filled out application forms need to be sent to or submitted in person to the college office at the Noida campus.

Application form can be downloaded from the college website or can be obtained physically from the college office, upon payment of the application fees.
Application fees in INR 1,100 which can be paid by one of the three following methods:

Online through credit / debit card.
By submitting with DD of INR 1,100 in favor of 'Amity Form' payable at New Delhi. Do not forget to mention your Name & Amity Application Form Number at the back of the Demand Draft.
Paying by cash at the college office.

If you have appeared in a qualifying examination and the result thereof is awaited, you can apply provisionally to go through admission process at your own risk.
Candidates using downloaded / ICR Application Form must fill up the same in their own handwriting in black ink and undertaking is to be signed by them only.
Enclose a latest passport size photograph & class 10^th and 12^th mark sheets with the Application Form.
Foreign students / Foreign University Degree holders should attach photocopies of academic transcripts & AIU Equivalence Certificate.

The following scholarships are provided for the students pursuing their under graduate studies:

100% Scholarship - 93% aggregate and above in class 12.
50% Scholarship - 90% aggregate and above in class 12.

The following scholarships are provided for the students pursuing their post graduate studies:

100% Scholarship - 93% aggregate and above in Class 12 and 80% in Graduation
50% Scholarship - 90% aggregate and above in Class 12 and 75% in Graduation
20% Scholarship - CAT 85 Percentile and above / MAT Score 700 and above / GMAT 600 and above.
