WBJEEB has closed the online application form on February 27, 2020. Application process of JEHOM 2020 involved online registration, filling the form, uploading photographs and signatures and at last payment of application fee. Registered candidates can download JEHOM Admit Card from May 6, 2020. Candidates must ensure that the admit card is not blemished even by accident or else they will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
This year JEHOM 2020 is scheduled to take place on May 10, 2020. Candidates who have passed class 10th and 12th (not before 2018) from a recognized board/ Institution are eligible to appear for the exam. The application fee for OBC/SC/ST/General was INR 500.

JEHOM 2020 Eligibility Criteria-
The candidates must fulfill the required eligibility before applying for the exam. The eligibility depends on the factors which are listed below :
General Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age: A candidate should not be less than 17 years as on 31st December 2020.
Academic Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed 10th/ Matriculation along with ITI Course from a recognized board/ Institution.
- Candidates must have passed class 12th (not before 2018) / Matriculation along with ITI course or any equivalent examination from a recognized board with passing marks.
- The Applicant must score a minimum aggregate percentage mark of 45% in class 12th.
Reservation for PwD Candidates
PwD candidates are eligible for 40% concession on application fees. To avail the same, the candidate must formally apply in writing (enclosing a copy of his/her confirmation page and PwD certificate) to the chairman, WBJEEB and send/submit the application to the Board office by March 13, 2020.
Documents Required for JEHOM Registration
The documents which are required at the time of admission are given below:
- Marksheet of class 10th/ High School Certificate/ Equivalent.
- Marksheet of class 12th/Secondary School Certificate/Equivalent.
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate
- Marksheet of the Qualifying Exam.
How to fill JEHOM 2020 Application Form?
Application process was commenced on February 13,2020 on its official website i.e, www.wbjeeb.nic.in.To apply, the candidates need to access the link above and then follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website and click on Registration for JEHOM 2020.
Step 2:Then the candidates need to register by entering:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Mother’s Name
- Father’s Name
- Mobile number
- E-mail Id
Step 3: After this, the candidates will get a registration number and password on both the E-mail ID and Contact number.
Step 4:Click on the “Go to Application Form” link. Candidates need to fill their personal and academic details.
Step 5:The next step is to upload the scanned image of photograph and signature in the format and size given below:

Step 6:After uploading the images, the last step is to complete the process of payment of Application Fee. Candidates can pay the application fee using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card only.

Step 7: Now the candidates have to download the filled Application Form and Fee Receipt of JEHOM 2020 after making the payment of application fee and take a printout of the downloaded application form and fee receipt for further reference.

The Candidates who have filled in wrong/incorrect information, WBJEE Board will open the window for application correction. This enables candidates to make changes to their application form. For this, candidates will require their JEHOM application form number and password to log in. No changes can be made after in the filled-in application.
JEHOM 2020 Application Form Instructions
In order to fill the application form correctly and accurately, it is important for the candidates to follow basic instructions before filling the form. Read the guidelines given below-
- The information provided by the candidates must be true and correct. Forms containing incorrect information will not be acceptable.
- There should be specified format and size of the images and documents which have to be uploaded for the successful completion of the application form.
- The signature should not be in CAPITAL letters instead upload it in running handwriting.
- Be careful while choosing the district and exam centre.
- During the time of document verification, it is important for the candidates who are applying through quotas to provide the relevant documents for it.
