The syllabus is parallel to my interest which is sustainable engineering. Their curriculum is so vast it gives you a lot of options to choose from so many fields of Interest.

IELTS score of 6, GRE minimum 310, a lot of weightage to your scientific essay. Your projects will be discussed thoroughly in the interview round.
Placement :
The placement cell of this university is very well known. Many people have been placed in big sustainable companies and are earning really well.

Yes, Technical University Munich provides a lot of exchange programs for students. Their library is no.1 in Germany. They have many sports facilities for free for their students.

Accommodation is very hard to find. You have to start looking for it as soon as possible. I have many tricks for that which I used to get it easily.
