The subject of the course, which is fundamentally comparative and contrastive, is German literature and language in an international context. The focus on literary studies (“German literature in comparison”) examines German literature in an international context (especially with reference to the English and Romance literature) and under systematic aspects of literary theory (here in close cooperation with the subject General and Comparative Literature).
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Business Mathematics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Safety Engineering or a related field. The regular length of the Bachelor study should be of at least 6 semesters and should correspond to at least 180 ECTS credits. A minimal mark of (or corresponding to) 3.0 after rounding down to the first decimal place in the German system is required.
