Tuition Fees
The Ilmenau University of Technology does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 120 USD in the first semester of the Master's course, in the following semesters the contribution fee is103 USD.
- The course is designed consecutively and generally builds on the six-semester Bachelor's degree in "Technical Physics" or on related scientific or technical courses. The transition from existing diploma courses is possible.
- It is expected that applicants already have a very good basic knowledge of physics and a good knowledge of mathematics and chemistry.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Completion of a related bachelor's degree transcripts is needed.
- Admission to the master's program at the TU Ilmenau requires a passed aptitude test. This aptitude test takes place as a formal test of your certificates.
- CV is required
- Certificate of any previous German knowledge is needed.
