International students are offered admission to the school if they meet all the requirements. Admission decisions for a bachelor's degree program are sent to the applicants two or three days after the application deadline is closed (15 January, 15 July) while that of the master’s program is about one week after the application deadline. However, International applicants are asked to exercise patience as there could be delays in sending their admission decision letters due to the national postal system.

- Students are advised to apply for a visa at the German embassy or consulate in the applicant's country
- Since the German student visa are usually valid for only three months after a student arrives in the country, students are advised to renew it as soon as possible
- Students are advised to register for a health insurance scheme as without this, an applicant cannot be registered as a students
- Since the entire visa application process is time-consuming, applicants are advised to apply early to allow sufficient time to acquire all the requirements for visa application and subsequent admission
