The Regensburg University of Applied Sciences is a renowned public university in Germany. It is one of the oldest institutes in the nation. Regensburg University of Applied Sciences International Student Application
Eight faculties offer a wide diversity of study options in the form of practice-oriented Bachelor degree courses in engineering, business studies, the social sciences, and design.
Application portal: The application must be completed through the Online Application portal or Uni-Assist portal. Some of the courses may require the application on paper, too.

German Language Proficiency for International Students
International students need to demonstrate proficiency in the German language. Knowing at least the basics of German has two significant advantages at the Regensburg University –

- B2 level – To apply for a first degree or a master's degree in German, an applicant must have a B2 level in the German language.
- C1 level – Applications for dentistry and medicine require a language proficiency of C1. Also, one must take note that most of the applicants, irrespective of the course, need to clear the DSH-2 exam, which is equivalent to the C1 level.
- A2 level – If an applicant wishes to apply for a German preparatory course, he or she must demonstrate a minimum A2 level in German. This can be demonstrated through certificates like DSH, Goethe, DSD, OSD, telc, TestDaF, UNIcert, onset –German.
Apart from dentistry, pharmacy, and medicine applicants, students can also opt for German preparatory courses offered by the university.
