Visa Process for International Students
Students can apply for a German student visa to study in Germany after seeking acceptance from the university. Generally, students are issued with a national visa which is issued if anyone wants to study or do a doctorate or research. Ans. This means that you can simply submit your application electronically via the uni-assist online portal. So you don’t need to send any documents by post.
Ques. Can I apply without yet having completed my Bachelor’s degree?
Ans. Yes, this is possible. Instead of a copy of Bachelor’s degree certificate students can submit a provisional transcript of records stating that they are missing less than 30 ECTS for completing their degree. However, the official degree certificate must be submitted no later than the December 10 for the winter term and June 10 for the summer term.
