An aspirant for graduate studies in business is tested with the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test), a 312-hour (4-hour exam with breaks) standardized test. There are four sections on the GMAT exam: Analytical Writing, Integrated Reasoning, Mathematics, and Verbal. These sections evaluate the students' academic background and their ability to apply that knowledge to a question. Each section of the test is worth 800 points, for a maximum scaled score of 800. A final score is calculated by averaging these two scores. It is required that you score between 700 and 800 to enter the world's most prestigious universities.
