The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is a 3½-hour standardized exam created by the GMAC. It is useful in predicting the probability of a candidate’s success in his/her MBA(Masters in Business Administration) program. These scores are the standard which decides if a graduate is to be given admission in B-schools. Sometimes see the GMAT referred to as the GMAT CAT. The acronym CAT stands for Computer Adaptive Test. The verbal and quantitative tests are computer adaptive meaning the level of difficulty depends on your previous answers.
