The B.Ed. is a two-year, full-time teacher education program recognized by the NCTE which prepares teachers for the secondary and higher secondary school level.The eligibility for the programme is graduation from any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission procedure is centralised and is conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra.Aspiring candidates have to appear for the Common Entrance Test. 50% of the seats are reserved for Sindhi minority candidates. Sindhi who must also appear for the CET as do the regular candidates.
