A beginner's course for Infrastructure Management Service, semester one aims to introduce newcomers into IMS. Students will be geared up to develop basic IMS knowledge in this semester's curriculum, as well as being guided from basics to advanced topics. In the beginning, students will be trained or upgraded in Digital Electronics. In this course, students will gain an understanding of the most commonly used applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Taking the A+ course will enhance students' understanding of the fundamentals of computers and their ability to troubleshoot and assemble a computer system. A Network+ course teaches students the basics of networking. A+ students will learn about operating systems, then move on to Windows 7, the latest version of Microsoft's OS. One of the most popular operating systems on the market today, it's one of the latest and most popular systems.
