Bachelor of Arts, or BA is an undergraduate programme in arts. BA can be pursued in a number of fields, including English, Hindi, history, journalism, and psychology. In India, the course can be started as soon as class 12 is completed. Typically, institutions offer a three-year Arts curriculum in a variety of fields like design, mass communication, and hospitality. One can pursue a BA (Hons) or BA course full-time, part-time, through correspondence, or through distance learning. Five disciplines must be studied in addition to a few electives.
