The National Defence Academy exam, or NDA, is a national level test that is administered by the Union Public Service Commission twice a year (UPSC). The exam is used to select young people for the Army, Navy, and Airforce wings of the National Defence Academy and the Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). The shortlisted candidates who pass the written exam are invited to the SSB interview. There are two parts to this test: the written portion and the interview portion.
