Indian Coast Guard (ICG)

To recruit Indian Coast Guard Navik General Duty (GD) and Navik Domestic Branch, the ICG or Indian Coast Guard tests were established 42 years ago (DG). This test is a nationwide exam that is given in person. Candidates can take this exam from any state in India, regardless of where they live. Exams are given to recruit Naviks (General Duty) and Naviks for the Indian Coast Guard (Domestic Bank). The test is taken online. Written test, a physical fitness test, and a medical exam make up the three stages of the examination.

The tasks included in the physical fitness test are as follows:

• Run for 1.6 kilometres in 7 minutes.
• Twenty squats (Uthak Baithak)
• Ten Push-ups.
