The MBA program consists of four semesters, during which time the students must complete 32 courses and complete project work as part of their industrial training on a business issue. The cornerstone of the curriculum is an activity-based learning concept. The four subjects in which the department provides specialization are marketing, finance, human resources, and small business and entrepreneurship development. The department has taken the students on visits to reputable industrial facilities. After the sixth semester of the five-year Integrated Master of Business Administration (IMBA), students may choose to graduate with a BBA. The curriculum provides a comprehensive set of abilities from the core functional areas found in all firms, ranging from getting a strategic perspective and making recommendations to practical ways of analysis and decision-making.
