L-1 Coaching was started by three IIT-BHU students in 2005, including Er. Brijesh Singh, Er. Deepak Jaju, Er. Nagendra Singh, and Dr. Arun (IMS, BHU), having extensive experience in the engineering and medical field. 
At L-1, teaching is seen as a devoted service to the divinity of words, and students are seen as sparks of divinity. The strategy aims to combine spiritual principles with contemporary technologies. Their goal at L-1 is to provide students the tools they need to succeed in life, including a logical mind, a positive outlook, and a sense of goodness.

AT L1 Coaching Varanasi, the teachers and director sir are reliable and motivating enough to lead the students in the right path. L1 is a good platform for engineering and medical students. Its highly intelligent and experienced teachers are the main assets in the learning process. The institute provides well accomplished study material for all the relevant subjects along with a friendly and open environment for studies. Many students even got 100% scholarship.

Dislikes
They promise that if a student gets 100% scholarship food & lodging will be free but deny it after 3 months and ask for the full amount. Only the physics teacher is good in terms of teaching and guiding the students, rest are not so knowledgeable. No individualized attention is paid to the students in the classes.
