The TU Dublin Masters in Accounting offers the opportunity to develop the knowledge and expertise students need for a rewarding career in accounting and the competencies towards future leadership roles on the career pathway.
This program is offered on a full-time basis (one year) commencing September.
In addition to a Masters level 9 qualification, graduates of this program obtain a jump start towards gaining their professional accountancy qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) by providing CAP2 exemptions.
Students will undertake advanced learning in both theory and professional practice and learn to solve accounting and business problems in innovative ways.
Graduates of the Masters in Accounting benefit from a range of accounting exemptions provided by professional bodies to include, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA Ireland), and the Irish Tax Institute.
This master's program foundation exposes students to the broad organizational, regulatory, and market context in which accountants operate.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have an honors graduate (2.1 or better) in accounting or equivalent.
It is expected that all candidates will have full CAP1 exemptions from Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).
GRE is not required for any master's programs in Ireland.

Indian Students Eligibility:

The minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree with first division from the recognized college or university.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
