The DBA programme at GSB aims to achieve the following inter-related goals:
- Produce business leaders who possess?advanced knowledge from the core business disciplines and have the ability to integrate them to enhance their decision-making skills,
- Produce business leaders with advanced and relevant skills in conducting scientific research, consultation and training for both public and private organisations,
- Provide knowledge of the modern techniques and tools that can be utilised to enhance and develop innovative practices in their respective ,
- Produce business leaders with the ability to view problems systematically, holistically and unravel complex business issues and subsequently provide practical and innovative solutions, and

Academic Requirements:
- Applicants should have completed a bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Applicants should have an average score of minimum 2.75 or equivalent on a scale of 4.0
- Applicants with GPA between 2.5-2.75 should have research experience of 1 year or professional experience of 1 year or one academic publication
- Applicants with GPA between 2.0-2.5 should have minimum research experience of 5 years or professional experience of 5 years
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 40 in ibt; 7.5 in essentials
- IELTS: minimum 5.0
- PTE: minimum 47
