Hostel:

Minimum of 12-15 lac INR annually. Including tution, you should be prepared for a bare minimum of 20 lac INR annually but anywhere between 20-30 lac INR should cover almost everything, including flights to and from Asia. If you cycle like most people, you save a lot on transport

Compared to most universities around the world, the quality of life , work life balance, overall cost of tution and living, Netherlands was a no brainer. It is now being realised that it is a much more attractive University destination than UK or US. Further, it was ranked highly for international business

Student accommodation is readily available with shared rooms or private rooms. I was like a student accommodation with shared facilities. The rent was 400 Euro per month.

Didn't have any desire to go to the US since it is too standard. College of Groningen is positioned in the top 100 colleges of the world. Had the course of my examination advantages. The profession in energy is preferable In Europe rather than the USA.

There are international student hostels outside the campus. There are shared as well as single rooms but the availability is a little scarce. Other than that you can get rooms on rent easily. The minimum cost is around 350€ and the maximum is upto you.

So we wrote a project with the professor at the University of Groningen and then she is my co-guide for the Ph.D. The important factor for me accepting this offer was the interdisciplinary work that I am getting to do. It involves Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science and Computational Neuroscience.

Hostel:

It's hard to find accommodation in the Netherlands. As of now, I have got accommodation provided by the SSH student association, it's fine for the first year of education.

It's one of the top 100 universities in the world, and the top research-based public university in the Netherlands provides high-quality of education and good research-oriented support to the student. Having noble prize winners as lecturers which makes the college education standards even higher.

Hostel:

There is a severe housing shortage all over the Netherlands so rent prices are exorbitantly high (500+ euros). Additionally, there is a high chance of not having a place to stay every year as most of the contracts are only a year long. The university does not offer accomodation.

It was one of the only top colleges offering AI at the bachelor's level
