- In the first year, students will be introduced to design through drawing and making, including both hand and digital techniques. They will also be introduced to the history and theory of architecture, sustainable design, and materiality.
- Students will have the chance to explore construction principles, which they apply in studio courses and inside our workshops. Two General Education courses will give them the chance to supplement their studies in subject areas of their choice.
- In the second year and beyond, students will learn more about architectural design, media, materials, and sustainable practice. They will also expand their understanding of historical precedent and theories of architecture, and be introduced to project management (i.e., getting buildings built).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a seniour secondary high school degree from a recognized university.
- A minimum GPA of 5.5 is required across their last 2 years of full time study.
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
- Submission of SAT and ACT exam scores are not mandatory in New Zealand Universities.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students required to passed Class 12th with a percentage of 70-72% (Major), 78-82% (Honours) from one of the following boards:
- All India School Certificate (CBSE)
- Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
- If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.
