AIIMS Bhubaneswar Admission 2023 Open for Post Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Program; Apply till January 14

New Delhi: AIIMS Bhubaneswar has begun the application process for admission to the Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Program for the academic year 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit their online applications at aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in by January 14, 2023. 

AIIMS Bhubaneswar has started the admission for one-year Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF). The facilities for Fellowship Programme are available in multiple subjects for January, 2023 Session. Candidates seeking admission to the PDF programme can submit their applications till January 14, 2023.

As per the institute, the Post-Doctoral Fellowship Course is for a maximum tenure period of one year. Candidates would be provided 24 days of annual leave. The institute will conduct the monthly internal assessment and exit examination for selected applicants.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar PDF Admission 2023: Eligibility

In order to apply for Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Program at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, candidates are required to meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria: 

• Candidates must hold an MD/ MS/ DNB degree in Anaesthesiology, General Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Paediatrics, General Surgery, and Emergency Medicine. 
• The age limit is 45 years as of the last date of the receipt of the online application.
• Candidates who are working in the Government Sector may intimate their employer about their submission of application. However, they will submit NOC at the time of Personal Interview. 
• Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Prior experience (research or clinical) in PDF in Critical Care Medicine / Palliative Care Medicine / Minimal Access Surgery and PDCC in Diagnostic NeuroImaging as applicable will be given preference in selection process of upto 5 marks as decided by the committee.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar PDF Admission 2023: Selection Process 

Candidate's selection to the PDF programme will be on the basis of the following parameters:

• Written / Viva-voice will be conducted if the number of candidates are more. However, there will be no written test for the post against which less number of applications are received than the vacancies. Director, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar will have the discretion to decide for which post written examination to be conducted and for which post there will be no written examination and the decision will be final. 
• The merit list (selected and waiting list) will be prepared on the basis of combined marks of written test and personal interview or only Personal Interview.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar PDF Admission 2023: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of AIIMS Bhubaneswar at aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill out the application form as required. 

Step 4:  Upload the scanned copies of the original certificates i.e. MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, qualifying degree (MBBS/ MD/ MS/ DNB) certificates, etc.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 1500 and submit the Application form to the email address: academic@aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
