We follow the Mentor-Mentee System in which students can interact with their Mentors. Pupils get after class hours for academic and non-academic-related matters.

Primary factor connecting me with the education sector is exposure to knowledge. It covers various areas such as people, literature, history tech, and other subjects. We provide awareness about social and civic issues for students. My duty is to impart values of compassion, tolerance, understanding, care, service, and affection that connect me with the education sector.

How did you train faculty to deliver programs to the students in St.Thomas College of Arts and Science, Chennai?

“FDP programs and various teaching methods are followed by faculties”

Our teachers use three methods of teaching such as Lecture Method, Interaction Method, and Digital Method. Students are taken for industrial visits to get a good opportunity to gain awareness of industrial practices. They are aware of new technologies through industrial visits arranged in every semester. It assists them to provide an opportunity to explore different sectors including IT, Manufacturing, services, finance, and marketing. Faculty development programs improve skills of faculties and know more about the industrial environment.
