What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The profession in educational sector teaches me to value the thought of attainment”

The freedoms to express one’s views in a logical way to influence the young minds for a better cause while constantly learning, earning a livelihood, and getting inspired in the process are potent factors and the greatest incentives to remain connected with the education sector.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Teamwork and participative leadership is my style of leadership”

My philosophy of leadership is simple. I think a leader is one who encourages and stimulates his subordinates to do the best not only by his commands or speeches but also by his conduct. The leader should also be able to instill the feeling of belongingness with the organization among the subordinates to eke out the best of them creating a sense of accountability towards their respective role. I would describe my leadership as democratic and transformational leadership.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“The department for planning and executing the strategies to enrich the access of the institute”

Firstly I make sure that courses offered are the best in the industry keeping in view the market demand and the employability. For this one needs to be ready to invest in the infrastructure and incentives to the key players. After that, I would strategize the programs and ways to reach out to prospective consumers/students using the best technology stating all the features of the institute starting from admission to placement support. I believe that the existing and passing out students are ambassadors for the institute. Their testimonies and achievements play a pivotal role in establishing credibility and in turn advertising and marketing about your institute and courses offered therein.

What do you see as the College’s greatest strengths?

Developing infrastructure and well-equipped facilities for offering quality education”

The greatest strengths of any institute are world-class infrastructure, updated and job-oriented course curriculum, exposure to the practical world which includes international collaboration, expert and committed educators, and space for analytical thinking. I would like to quote Wendell Holmes, Jr. he says “A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions”

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Adapt changes to move forward and never give up”

This is a knowledge era coupled with technological advancement. You must be adaptable to the changing circumstances. You must also keep in mind that society owes something which you have to give back when you achieve something in life, as sharing is caring. This makes human beings different from robots and machines. We can understand this in light of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Lastly, you have to be dynamic in learning as well till your last breath. Don’t give up.
