Trips like Domestic Tour, the aim behind conducting Domestic trip is to aware the students of the rich heritage of the National Capital Region. Followed by a domestic trip IBI organizes an adventure trip to a hill station every year, which includes tCeam building games for all its students so that they can learn while having fun.

Learning beyond Classrooms

IBI believes in learning with fun and practicality, students visit different types of industries to gain practical knowledge of operations, and how the Industry works. Industrial visits are conducted every trimester during the tenure of the PGDM Programme. 

The agenda behind conducting and organizing Industry visits is to introduce the students to the Industry operational part, and make them learn about different prospects and future avenues of practicality. I Business Institute has always focused to reach the extra mile for its students, this is the reason that IBI offers a fun and frolic life filled with learnings, development and growth of individuals. The Institute participates and encourages its student to participate in different conferences, quizzes and competitions Nationally and Internationally, which helps the students to learn about global happenings and gets a chance to meet International Delegates, which helps in increasing the knowledge horizon,  and it's been evident that such experiences of the students turn out to be very informative and enriching. 

Cohort Learning Space

Institute organizes various academic competitions like College Making, AD – MAD Show, My Favourite Brand, Panel Discussions, Parliamentary Debate, Panel discussions, Group discussions, Mock Drills and many more to keep the pace of learning and development of the students, We maintain high morale among the students. The Institute celebrates all the events and functions on the premises with full Vaganza and Joy, The Institute has a legacy of making every event beautiful, the entire IBI family enjoys and contributes to the maximum part of it. We ensure happiness on every face, Institute cherishes all the events and memories, We are fond of the celebrations. 

Students also get engaged in the events to make it a successful one. This is beneficial for students as well as they implicate their management skills in a real scenario, and they try to come up with viable solutions. Students are an integral part of the Institute, they plan the activities, and faculties and staff members hold their hands at each step. I Business Institute celebrates events like Fresher’s Party, Dandiya Nights, Navmi Pujan, Christmas, Deepawali Celebration, Holi Milan Samaroh, Lohri Celebration, Saraswati Puja. The Institute also organizes the literature festival “Sahityam”, it’s a two-day event celebrated on the campus, eminent poets, talented Sangeetkaar participates in the event, followed by Sufi Night. The agenda to organize the cultural event is to imbibe the values of Indian Culture among the young blood.

Learning through Sports

Academics and Cultural Events are incomplete without Sports. IBI has a core understanding and belief on the quote that Khelogey Tabhi toh Badhogey! To keep the sportsmanship high. The Institute organizes Annual Sports Meet every year and all the major sports activities are organized on the campus with full enthusiasm like Badminton, Volleyball, Chess, Pool, Carom, Table Tennis, Cricket, Relay Race etc. The ceremony is done on the second day of the event, a felicitation ceremony is organized to motivate the participants and reward them for their high efforts. 

Institute also organizes Corporate Connects every week, an Industry professional is invited to the campus, for an interactive session with the students to give students an understanding of new corporate opportunities, the required skill set to excel as freshers. The Industry experts also guide the Institute to upgrade the curriculum based on the current needs. I Business Institute thoroughly inculcates the suggestions in the curriculum and keeps on revising and upgrading the curriculum, and it is one of the USP of I Business Institute.
