What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students in Asia Pacific Institute of Mgt?

“To develop students' skills and help them to attain a good career”

My primary duty is to give excellent and creative teaching to every student. It develops their skills and they gain more extra knowledge. I always help them to get some skills to face the real world challenges. Pupils need to grow their skills and knowledge.

What is your philosophy of leadership and describe your leadership style?

“Follows a demographic leadership style to use future positions on campus”

I always follow a demographic leadership style on campus. It allows lower-level employees to exercise authority. They need to think wisely in future positions. We can come up with new ideas by processing these leadership styles. Our students are also able to understand the management.

How does the curriculum of Asia Pacific Institute of Mgt College ensure the best​ practice of the industry?

“Provide extracurricular activities and develop students' skills”

Every student needs to formulate the skills in specific areas. We conduct extracurricular activities on campus to improve students' skill set. They can learn the latest ideas as per industrial standards and step into a new life.

How do you strategize plans for the marketing and administration of campus?

“Seminar, webinar, Youth fest, sports, and other activities are provided for pupils”

Every student wants to know more about extracurricular activities nowadays. It helps them in the future to attain a position in companies. Our campus is affiliated with Gujarat University. We also pay attention towards activity conducted on campus including seminars, webinars, Youth fest, sports, etc. Faculties prepare students by conducting management activities and they can learn about their specialization.

“Collaborate with Microsoft, Infosys, and Howard University and give various courses to students”

Our campus collaborates with Microsoft, Infosys, and Howard University. We provide courses in BBA, B.com, BCA, Hotel Management,MBA+PGDM in 3 fields Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and more for pupils. They can enhance their skills through these programs. All the degree courses are affiliated with Gujarat University and AICTE. 

What do you see as the Asia Pacific Institute of Mgt College greatest strengths?

“Mentors, students and management are our greatest strengths”

One of our greatest strengths is faculties. Each faculty is specialized in their subjects and give their best on teachings to students. A mentor plays a vital role in the student’s career. Students and management are our other strengths from campus. 

Any suggestions do you like to give for current youth and the aspiring students?

“Keep yourself engaged and learn some skills to get a job”

Be productive and learn some skills like music, sports, language, and computer, Photography. You can also work as a volunteer for social causes. Keep yourself engaged and meet a lot of people to learn many things. Leads a close towards your goal through hard work.

“To provide the best knowledge to the students and make them ready for future goals”

Our vision is to give the best knowledge for students. Apart from their books, we make them ready for their future goals. It helps them to face the world where their skills should be different from others. Pupils can share their views without any complexity.

Do you have any extracurricular activities to enhance the skills of the students?

“Class activities, seminars, industrial visits and farewell parties are available for pupils”

Our campus conducts various activities for students every month. Some of these include seminars, industrial visits and Farewell parties. We conduct class activities on every week related to their subjects and specialization. It ensures them to learn how to face the world without the help of any book or other person.
