What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

The main purpose of this sector is to educate and train individuals within the society, to prepare and qualify them for work in the economy as well as to integrate people into society and teach them morals of the humankind. The role of education is not limited to intellectual development, it helps individuals socialize and help one another to stay in harmony. Educational trainers go beyond academic training to help students grow in life and achieve success. The morally sound nature of this sector has kept me connected to this sector.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Constant changes in day to day activities”
I strive to maintain a dynamic leadership style that ensures that I adapt to my audience and situations. I take the lead depending on the concerns of the people around me. I make myself available and approachable to those who need a mentor and then take the lead to guide them. As per situations, I give instructions and refine instructions to fit the given circumstance and produce the best results from every situation. I am known to be an initiator and a persistent change maker.
How do you strategize about the key plans for the marketing of your institute?
“An alliance of digital marketing and offline promotions”
We have a 360-degree marketing approach with smooth workflow and global alumni networking. With the shift of lifestyle from offline to online, we have largely diverted our marketing efforts to digital platforms like Social media marketing, Online website building, etc. However, we also promote via some offline channels like campaigning, spread awareness about our offerings through word of mouth and so on.
