What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector? 

“Dynamic and continuously evolving nature of education sector”

The educational sector is ever-evolving and with evolution comes learning. Teaching and learning patterns have evolved to a great extent with increasing technology and demands. To meet the requirements, the educational sector is adapting to practical ways of teaching and imparting skill-based knowledge that prepares students to step into the competitive world. How do you strategize about the key plans for the marketing of your institute? 

“Strategized digital marketing and personalized approaches”

In the current scenario, our plans are directed towards the digitization of communication and online marketing strategies. We’re working on building a digital-friendly brand that caters to people’s needs and is customer oriented. The way we reach out to our audience is personalized. We pay individual attention to our prospects and students. How would you describe your leadership style?

“Defining strategies and communicating effectively”

I would describe my leadership style as strategic leadership. I believe in expressing my strategic vision for this institution and motivating others to work towards achieving that goal. One must direct their efforts towards a particular direction to attain the best results. I envision that perfect route that leads to success and then try to communicate it effectively. Without a strategy, efforts are likely to go in vain.
