He worked as Admission Counselor at Shiksha Solution, Career Advisor and Development Manager at Decent Education. Currently, he works as a director at Decent International Institute of Hotel Management. To begin with, Evolution of Education system has always been collaborative. You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“To develop the young aspiring minds and shape their future connects me with the education sector”

I am fortunate to be associated with the educational sector. I truly believe that the sector which shapes up the structure of any city as it nourishes and develops the minds of young aspiring students. I like contributing towards it.


What is your philosophy of leadership and describe your leadership style in Decent International Institute of Hotel Management?

“Follow a direct and leading by example leadership style”

I would like to describe my leadership style as direct, and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects. But, I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that working hands-on to help them too.


How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your College?

“Redesign websites, consolidate social media accounts, invest more resources and more”

There are eight major points in redesign websites, improve Search Engine Strategy, build email Workflows, start a College or institute blog. Create First Content Offer, Invest in Consistent, Meaningful Social Media Ads, Consolidate Your Social Media Accounts and Invest More Time and Resources into Video.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying in Decent International Institute of Hotel Management?

“Students can understand the concepts and apply those in real-life situations”

The process of foreign education is more of a practical approach while Indian education is more theoretical. We deal and implement the concepts that are far more impactful in making students understand the concepts and apply those in real-life situations. Every nation in the world is equipped with some form of education system, and those systems vary greatly. The major factors that affect education systems are the resources and money that are utilized to support those systems in different nations, as well as how education is organized and administered to students.


What do you think your roles and responsibilities are to the Institute and students?

“Guidance or development of teaching and research are my primary responsibilities”

Initially students’ overall improvement, academically and holistically. Guidance and development of teaching or research. The guidance or development of staff and management of staff-related issues. Management of finances and infrastructure through effective planning, revenue generation, budgeting and expenditure control.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Stay open minded, trust your gut and rush to grow up”

Few suggestions that I would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students are don't rush To grow up. Try To plan your entire life out. Friends Will Come And Go. Cool Is Just A Matter Of Opinion and saying no is fine. Seek help when things get too much, stay open minded to the views and opinions of others. Your views will change over time. Trust your gut and do not aspire to monetary wealth.

“Respect the employees, show value, have a learning attitude, and be friendly to all”

Here are the nine essential tips to help you build a healthy work relationship with employees. Always maintain a bond of trust and merge the gap with communication. Appreciate Your Employees and be friendly to your employees. Respect Your Employees and implement autonomy. Show Value, be Empathetic and have a learning attitude.
