CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Question Paper; Check Students' Reaction

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Term 2 Exam 2022, today, on June 2, 2022. 


According to the students who appeared for the CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Paper, the paper was extremely easy and straightforward. The CBSE conducted the exam for a duration of 2 hours from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. 

The CBSE 12th Physical Education Term 2 question paper was divided into 3 sections based on the number of marks. Section A consisted of questions for 2 marks, Section B had 3 marker questions, while Section C had long answer type questions worth 4 marks.

As per the CBSE Class 12 Exam Pattern, Students had the choice of attempting the questions of their preference in each sections. The board would mark the students out of 35 for the CBSE Class 12 Physical Education exam. The remaining marking would be done based on internal assessment or practical exams conducted by the schools.

CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Exam 2022: Students Reaction

The Students who appeared for the CBSE 12 Physical Education Examination 2022 for their Term 2 Exams have shared their feedbacks about the paper. 

According to one of the student, the physical education question paper was very easy and that there was no problem during the exam. 

Another student also shared a similar reaction stating that they paper was like a piece of cake as they had prepared for the exams with the help of NCERT and sample papers shared by their schools. 

CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Exam 2022: Experts Review

One of the subject experts revealed that the question paper was designed majorly based on the NCERT questions. Students who studied from their textbooks thoroughly wouldn't have had a problem in attempting the question paper. 

Another teacher said that the physical education paper was moderate and questions required a basic understanding of the subject. The paper pattern resembled the sample papers shared by the CBSE.

Moreover, several questions were typically easy, as a result of which the students are expected to achieve good scores. 

Even the students did not face any issues with respect to time management and they all could complete the paper within the stipulated time, the teacher added. 

As per the subject expert, the difficulty level of All the three sections in the paper were easy to moderate. The students' paper was easy as questions were directly taken from the textbook. The question paper was well balanced. 

The difficulty level of the Physical Education paper was from easy to moderate. Almost 80% of the questions were knowledge-based and directly from the book. However, 20% of the questions required critical thinking. For instance, there was a question where the students had to differentiate between isometric and isotonic exercises by illustrating examples. 

Overall, the CBSE physical education paper was a balanced paper, not lengthy and students were able to complete it on time, the subject expert said.
