Haryana ITI Admission Process 2023
The Department of Skill Development and Industrial Training provides admissions in ITI courses on the basis of the following procedures:
- All the candidates who want to take admissions in ITI courses in different Private and Government institutions should apply within the specified time limit.
- Haryana ITI admission procedure consists of various steps like filling the application form, uploading documents, fee payment, etc.
- After submission of the application form merit list will be prepared based on marks of the qualifying examination.
- The merit list will be released only for those candidates whose application form will be accepted. Counseling will be the final step for admission.
How To Apply?
- Step 1: Visit the official website of Haryana ITI Admission 2023.
- Step 2: Click on the “Apply Now” link to seek Haryana ITI Admission.
- Step 3: Fill out the Haryana ITI Application Form with the required details such as contact information, qualifications, address, etc.
- Step 4: Upload all the required documents in a prescribed format and size.
- Step 5: Pay the application fee online and take out the print out.
Haryana ITI Admission 2023: Merit List
- A provisional merit list will be declared by the Department of Skill Development and Industrial Training of Haryana on the official website.
- The Merit List will be created by the board, and admission will be based on the Merit-List.
- The first merit list will be released in the third week of July 2023. The board then will release a common merit list for all categories.
- Separate merit lists will be declared for trades that require 8th standard passing and those that require 10th standard passing.
- The merit list of the selected candidates will be released online on the official website.
- Based on the Merit list, candidates will receive a call letter for the counseling process.
- No candidates will get a merit list through any offline medium via post or courier.
Haryana ITI Admission 2023: Counseling Process
- Haryana ITI counseling will be started after releasing the merit list. Counseling will be done in various steps i.e. verification of documents, allotment of seats, etc.
- Candidates need to compulsory be present in the counseling round. Candidates will have to update their course choice and college preferences.
- Seats will be provided to the candidates based on qualifying exam scores, the total number of seats available in colleges, document verification, etc.
- Absenteeism in the counseling process will result in a loss of seats.
- Candidates must bring their original documents for the verification process.

Admission to candidates will be given after the successful verification of documents & fee submission. The following documents will be required:

- Aspirants must be Permanent/Local residents of Haryana and have procured proper Local Residential Certificate & Caste Certificate issued by a proper authority assigned by Govt. of Haryana to get the reservation as per the Reservation Policy of Govt. of Haryana.
- The up-to-date reservation policy of Govt. of Haryana will be followed in all courses of Govt. and Private Institutes situated in Haryana State.
