Kerala BTech Admission 2023 is based on an entrance exam. The Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE) is responsible for conducting the entrance exam (KEAM), admission process, and counseling rounds for Kerala BTech Admission 2023. Students from any state can apply for BTech Admission 2023 in Kerala, however, 60% of the total seats in engineering colleges in Kerala are reserved for the residents of Kerala. KEAM 2023 will be conducted in the month of April 2023.

Kerala BTech Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
- For B.tech admission, candidates must have passed class 12 with an aggregate percentage of 50% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English from a recognized board.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens to get admission into B.tech colleges in Kerala. Apart from this, candidates of Indian origin and Overseas Citizens of India will also be eligible for the admission procedure. However, only a limited number of seats are reserved for such candidates
- Candidates are classified as Keralite and Non-Keralite depending upon the domicile of the candidates.

- Visit the official website of the statutory body.
- Under the registration tab, click on the option of ‘New Registration’.
- Candidates need to fill in all the important details such as the Name of the candidates, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Academic qualification, and all others needed for filling out the application form.
- After the registration process is over, candidates need to make the payment of the application fees as per the category.

After the commencement of the entrance examination, the result is declared by the statutory body.

- The result contains the marks scored by the candidate in a particular subject along with the overall marks of the candidate.
- The result sheet will also highlight the rank scored by the candidates.
- Further, a rank list is prepared by the official body by arranging the marks scored by the candidates in the entrance examination.

Ans. The application process is conducted via online mode only. No application form is accepted in the offline mode or via speed post by the Statutory body.

Ans. The application fees for the registration process for the General category and OBC is Rs. 700, and for the SC category is Rs. 300. There are no application fees for candidates belonging to the ST category.
