Shillong Polytechnic Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the engineering diploma courses at Shillong Polytechnic one must have to be eligible. Here is the eligibility criteria to seek Shillong Polytechnic Admission:
- Interested candidates must pass Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination with an aggregate of 45% marks in Mathematics and 45% in Science, which is conducted by the Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education or equivalent to it

- Applicants should be physically fit and mentally stable and their height should be 1.5 meters for the unreserved category and 1.3 meters for the Hills Tribes, along with 41 kg weight, 72 cm chest with a minimum expansion of 2.5 cm, and the candidate should not be physically handicapped as this might hamper the efficient performance of students professional studies. - Candidates need to go first to the official website of Shillong Polytechnic
- Then read the instructions before filling up the form
- Then fill up the application form and print it out
- Then submit the duly filled form to the Office of Principal, Shillong Polytechnic on or before the submission date given in the admission notice
