KLE University PG Admission PGAIET 2015 Counselling Notification

KLEU PGAIET 2015 counselling details have been announced after the declaration of the result. Candidates qualified in KLE University PGAIET 2015 can refer to the details published regarding counselling 2015.

KLEU PGAIET 2015 Counselling:

The counselling for the successful candidates of PGAIET-2015 for admission to Post-Graduate Medical and Dental courses in the constituent units of the University for the academic year 2015-16 has been notified as under.

Counselling updates

• Preference Round for KLEU PGAIED 2015 — For Dental (General Category List) updated on 17th April 2015

KLE University PGAIET 2015 Counselling Schedule:

 

KLE University PGAIET 2015 Registration:

• On the days of counseling, candidates should register their names in the attendance register at the venue of counseling (Registration Starts from 9.00 am in morning and 2.00 pm in afternoon session)
• On the days of counseling, if any candidate who fail to register their name in the attendance register at the venue of counseling he/she will be called for counseling at the end of that session or at the beginning of the next session.

Scrutiny / Document Verification

• The candidates must be appeared for verification of original documents, biometric analysis and photo-identification before seeking admission through counseling on the day of counseling.
• Candidates intending to take admission in the Post Graduate programme required to undergo biometric verification during counseling for seat selection and at the college level, during the admission process to ensure fairness to the merited students and to eliminate fraudulent attempts.
• KLE University (KLEU-PGAIET 2015) reserves the right to change (or) reset the Biometric Verification Parameters at any time during the selection process.
• The candidates shall be disqualified if any mismatch at any stage and he/she will not be permitted to participate in any further process of seat selection.

Seat Selection

The candidates will be called on merit-wise & may opt for any of the available seats / subjects at the time of counseling with following options.

• The candidates can only opt for seat or may not opt.
• The candidates opting for a seat may also opt for waiting list number.
• The candidates may opt for only waiting list number.
• There shall be separate wait-list for BRD and KTC categories respectively.

Preference Filling

• The candidates opting wait list should compulsory fill the preference form giving their choice of subjects in order of preferences in counseling.
• Candidate can fill minimum one preference or any desired number of preferences. Once the preference is given it cannot be changed.
• The waiting list shall be rankwise, not be subject-wise.
• Those candidates, who have not opted any seat and are desirous for opting of wait-list shall have to deposit the Demand Draft for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. one lakh only) with the University. These candidates will be eligible to participate in subsequent seat allotments as per merit of preferential opted by the candidate.
• A candidate who has been allotted a seat may also opt to have waiting list without depositing above-said sum.
• The list of the candidates opted for wait-list and expressed their preferences will be displayed on the University official website.
• Up to 24th April 2015 the wait listed candidates who have got the seats will continue and have an opportunity for the betterment for any seat arising vacant during this period.
• The candidate who has got seat along with wait list should submit the "SEAT RETENTION/SURRENDER FORM" on or before 24th April 2015 by 6.00pm, failing which candidate will lose his / her right of admission and claim over the seat opted and wait list.

Note:

The candidate with seat along with wait list:

• if surrenders the seat by filling the "SEAT SURRENDER FORM" on or before 24th April 2015 by 6.00pm, his/her valid waitlist will be continued.
• if retains the seat by filling the "SEAT RETENTION FORM" on or before 24th April 2015 by 6.00pm, his/her waitlist stand cancel and not eligible for further preference seat allotment process.
• if fail to submit the either "SEAT RETENTION FORM" or "SEAT SURRENDER FORM" on or before 24th April 2015 by 6.00pm, he/she will lose claim over both allotted seat and waitlist.

The candidate with only confirm seat:

They don't need to submit "SEAT RETENTION/SURRENDER FORM"

The candidate with only valid wait list:

They don't need to submit "SEAT RETENTION/SURRENDER FORM".

• Admitted students are eligible for stipend as per MCI Norms.
• The above mentioned fees is inclusive of 10% development fees as permitted by the fee fixation committee & Rs. 50,000/- towards centenary celebration contribution (One time).
• Numbers of seats mentioned above are exclusive of NRI/Foreign/ Management quota, BRD & KTC Category.

Total Admission Capacity Per Year:

Eligibility for admission will be as per Medical Council of India.
