University of Delhi invites application for admission into Ph.D. Degree in Business Economics of Department of Business Economics.
Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D. in Business Economics Admission 2015:
The candidates who want to take admission in must have completed MBE/ MBA/ Economics/ Environmental Studies/ Commerce with minimum 50% marks or equal grade.
Selection Criteria for Ph.D. in Business Economics Admission 2015:
The candidates need to take entrance test for getting admission in to Ph.D. in Business Economics programme. The admission will be based on the following weightage:
- Past Academic Record: 10% weightage will be given to the marks obtained in qualifying degree exams i.e. Post-Graduation or M. Phil
Following Mechanism of equivalence marks will be adopted as:

- Research Proposal: 20% weightage will be given to research proposal and it will be evaluated on the basis of research aptitude and subject clarity of the candidate
- Written Test: 40% weightage will be given to the written test which will be based on analytical writing on the topics of Current Affairs, Economics, and Business.
- Interview: 30% weightage will be given to Interview
