Tamil Nadu State Open University was established in 2002 with aim of providing higher education to those who have been deprived of same. It offers various under —graduate and post-graduate courses in different streams. It is affiliated by UGC. Last date to apply is March 31, 2015.

Tamil Nadu Open University MBA Eligibility Criteria
Following are the eligibility requirements need to be fulfilled by candidates:-
MBA
Candidate must have done Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
MBA Shipping and Logistics Management
He/she should have Bachelor's degree. Mariners who have done study-cum-training of 6 years after class 12th or those who have diploma from a recognized university are also eligible.
MBA Retail marketing
Students who have done graduation can apply
MBA Hospital Administration
- Candidates who have degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy Management, Hospital and Health Administration or Computer Sciences are eligible.
- Those who have graduation in Arts and Sciences with additional qualifications can also apply
- Students who have done postgraduate diploma in Health/Hospital Administration are also eligible
Tamil Nadu Open University MBA Application Process
Last date to submit the application form is March 31, 2015. Mode of application is Offline. Registration fee is INR 100 by cash/ INR 150 by DD
How to apply
- Candidates can get the application form and prospectus from sales counter of university
- It can also be obtained from respective study centers and coordinating centers
- By issuing demand draft of INR 150 in favor of Tamil Nadu Open University payable at Chennai from the Director, MPDD, TNOU, 577, Anna Salai, Saidapet, Chennai— 600 015 by post.
Candidates need to send complete application form can be submitted along with University copy of challan at the study center and admission wing of the university either by person or post.
