IIT Kharagpur has postponed the date to issue GATE 2022 admit card. The new release date is January 7, 2022.
About 9 lakh students have registered to take GATE 2022. Once the admit card is released, they can view and download it from the official website, gate.iitkgp.ac.in. The admit card will include date of examination, time and centre details along with important guidelines.
IIT Kharagpur will conduct the examination via online mode on February 5, 6, 12 and 13, 2022. Read this article to know the steps to download the admit card and other relevant details.

- Students need to visit the official website
- Upon the GOAPS login option displaying on the screen, students need to submit required details
- Students need to submit their enrollment ID and password
- GATE 2022 admit card will display on the screen
- Check carefully, download and print a copy.

About GATE 2022
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level entrance test conducted by IISc Banglore and seven IITs (at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee).
The exam is held on behalf of NCB-GATE for admission to postgraduate engineering (ME/ M.Tech) or research courses at top colleges in India such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc. and for PSU recruitment (at BHEL, GAIL, HAL, IOCL, NTPC, ONGC, PGCI, etc.).
GATE 2022: Emergency Contact
In case there is a problem on the admit card, students need to send an email to their zonal IIT along with a copy of the received admit card. In the email they need to mention what the problem is.
