GATE 2022 Registration to End on September 24, 2021 @gate.iitkgp.ac.in; Check Form Link, Eligibility, Fees Here

GATE 2022 registration will end on September 24, 2021. Earlier, IIT Kharagpur began registrations from September 2 in online mode, post releasing the official notice on July 31, 2021. Students seeking admission in postgraduate engineering courses can complete GATE 2022 Registrations till September 24 at the official application window, gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Interested candidates should note that in order to access GATE 2022 registration link, they have to register at GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS).

GATE 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to apply for the GATE 2022 should fulfill the GATE 2022 eligibility requirements, i.e, they should be currently in the third or higher years of any undergraduate programme. However, if the students have already completed their engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce or arts degree programme from an approved government institute can also apply for GATE 2022. 

GATE 2022: How to Register Online? 

Interested candidates who satisfy the respective eligibility requirements for the GATE 2022 can follow the step-by-step process provided below to fill the GATE 2022 Application Process. 

Step 1: Visit the official GATE 2022 website, gate.iitkgp.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “GATE 2022 registration” link available 

Step 3: Now, Enter the login credentials and an OTP will be sent to the registered email id. 

(Note: Students should use the received OTP to complete the GATE 2022 registration process.)

Step 4: Log into the GATE 2022 registration portal and fill all the required details and upload all the necessary documents.

Step 5: Finally, make the payment for GATE application form 2022 via the online mode.

About GATE 2022 

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, GATE exam is an entrance exam conducted for the students seeking admission in various master’s programs in engineering domain. 

On the behalf of National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), GoI, GATE 2022 will be conducted by IIT Kharagpur. Every year, IIT Kharagpur and six other Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) at Mumbai, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Chennai, Roorkee including IISc Bangalore coordinate to conduct GATE.

GATE 2022 examination, (Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held for a duration of 3 hours on February 5, 6, 12 and 13. The exam would be conducted in two shifts from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
