Hyderabad Law Colleges to witness increment of 300-400 seats from the next academic session; check details here

Law colleges in Hyderabad to see an increment of 300-400 seats from the next academic session. 

As per the conveyor of TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET, Prof G. B. Reddy, that two law colleges in Hyderabad are likely to be introduced. 

Each of the colleges will have applied for the five-year integrated course, and each of the colleges will get 120 seats which have also been sanctioned by the BCI. 

According to the reports, Vishwa Bharti College of law is expected to come up with 180 seats in two different disciplines, which are offered by 3-year degree courses. 

One of the affiliated colleges under Satavahana University is expected to add around 60 seats in the law courses.

Also, Prof.G.B. Reddy said that the state government will have to take permission for these seats from the Bar Council of India (BCI) to implement these seats in the college from the next session.

Recently, the LAWCET and PGLCET results were declared on Friday by the TS Council for Higher Education where 76.87 percent or 16,572 candidates qualified, out of the 21,559 who had appeared for the tests.

Tadigoppula Pravalika of Rajanna-Sircilla district bagged the first rank in PGLCET (LLM) with 89 marks. And the first rank in LAWCET three-year course was bagged by Chundi Sneha Sree of Hyderabad. 

Samudrala Srinivasa Krushna Panchajanya of Karimnagar bagged the first rank in the five-year course with 98 marks.
