Being the Center Head of DFly, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

"I am responsible to make sure my students receive best trainings and stay dedicated towards their goals"

Being the Centre Head, it is my prime responsibility to motivate my students to put their 100% and sincere efforts towards their goals. Also, providing them good quality training programs and extra learning sessions comes under the scope of my responsibilities.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students of your institute?

"By being a good listener and supporter for them whenever they need my guidance"

We in Dfly share a very healthy and respectful relationship with our students. And to make sure they feel important and valued, we address and resolve their academic and non-academic issues and queries on time. Also, we have established an open communication channel so that they can share anything and everything with us, because we all are like a family now.

How do you bring in a practical and industry oriented approach towards subjects?

"We have designed our programs and events in accordance with latest industrial trends and developments"

We have designed our learning sessions in such a way that students enjoy it instead of getting bored. And apart from this, we organize other activities and role plays so that they can learn the concept in a better way and enjoy it at the same time.

Which best practices are offered by your institute to the students to help them gain necessary skills?

"I use latest ICT technologies and pre-recorded videos to teach students"

In order to enhance the skills of our students, we use the latest ICT tools, technologies and recorded videos to teach them because old ways of delivering lectures are not efficient anymore. Also, students need to be curious if they want to learn more about a particular concept or subject, hence we try our best to keep the classroom environment as participative and collaborative as possible.

How do you strategize and update the curriculum to make it befitting for the students?

"Our students here play the most important role as we regularly update the curriculum based on their suggestions"

We take feedback from our students for the special learning sessions and regular lectures we deliver to them and students are free to openly out forward their suggestions and inputs. And after taking their advice we make the necessary changes in our educational practices and teaching methodologies. Because we know our main aim is not only to give information to our students, but we are here to make sure they understand most of the content which is being delivered to them on a daily basis.

How do you prepare your students to deal with the external dynamic and competitive world?

"By sharing success and failures stories of eminent people with them to keep them motivated"

We regularly encourage our students to believe in themselves and their skills and also not to compare their individuality with others because they are uniquely different and amazing. In addition to this, I use various other approaches to keep them on track and motivated like I share different kinds of interviews and stories of people so that they can realize their potential, strengths and interests and can work in their weak areas.

Which extracurricular activities are organized by your institute to enhance the skills of students?

"Professional visits and guest lectures are part of co-curricular activities"

We as an educational institution understand the fact that along with academics, extracurricular activities are very important for students' complete personality development. And therefore, to make our students aware about the latest trends, development and practices of the industrial world, we regularly organize industrial visits and expert talks in collaboration with corporate experts and academicians and ask them to share their experiences, difficulties they faced during their time and how exactly they tackled it etc.

What challenges have you faced in uplifting the education quality of your institute?

"Lack of behavior skills and knowledge in students was initially a major roadblock for us"

We have faced a lot of challenges to be very honest because we have students from different parts of India. Their way of behaving and skills are completely different, but we are happy that we have transformed them as per today's time and they have become our strength now. We have made them competent enough so that they can deal with all kinds of people in their future companies.

When you joined this institute, what was your vision for it and how are you trying to achieve the same?

"My only objective was to educate my students in the best possible way for ensuring a promising future for them"

When I joined Dfly International Aviation Institute, my prime aim was to give proper guidance and education to my students so that they can confidently face any future challenges without any hesitation or failure. And to achieve my objective, I regularly share my own experiences with them during our connect sessions to keep them motivated, because during our time there were hardly any institutes to guide us and we don't want our students to feel the same.

Any precious advice which you would like to give to the students for a prosperous career ahead?

"Life is full of challenges and opportunities, so bel grateful for the things you have achieved till now"

As we all know that our Life is full of ups and downs and totally unpredictable sometimes, but it is completely up to us how we face it. So I would advise my dear students to never give up on their dreams and handle every situation with patience and understanding. Also, struggle will always be there, be it your professional or personal life, so don't try to skip something just to reach your destination shortly, believe in yourself, do the hard work and stay dedicated towards your goals.
