IIITL Ph.D. Admission 2022: Dates 

The duration of the Ph.D. programme is minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years. Candidates must have the minimum eligibility criteria in the fields of mathematics, engineering, and management. They accept applications from Full-time Self-financed Research Scholars, Working Professionals, and Aspiring Students in Higher Academics (ASHA).

• Aspiring candidates should have qualified CSIR/ UGC/ DAE/ NBHM/ DST/ DBT/ ICAR/ ICMR/ ICPR for self-financed full-time research scholars. 
• Or, candidates should have a Master’s degree in relevant degree with a good academic record for self-financed full-time research scholars. 
• For Aspiring Students in Higher Academics (ASHA), candidates must have a B.Tech degree with at least 80% or 8.5 CGPA in a relevant discipline. They should hold a valid score in GATE in Computer Science, EE, EC, Ch.E, ME, or related field.

• The applicants are shortlisted based on the entrance exams or master’s degrees according to the kind of application in relevant disciplines. 
• Shortlisted candidates will receive an email notification and have to appear for the personal interview/ written test.

Step 1- Visit the official application portal of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow, at iiitl.ac.in. 

Step 2- Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 3- Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4- Pay the application fee of 1500 INR and submit the Application form. 

Step 5- Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
