New Delhi: IIM Amritsar has launched a new Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Data Science and Business Analytics (DSBA) from 2022. The deadline for the application submission is March 15, 2022. 

This one year programme by IIM Amritsar is designed to help the graduate students with 2 years of work experience. The course is mostly offline and supposed to take place in the Amritsar campus. The primary aim of the programme is to develop a strong foundation in Data Science and Business Analytics required for the progress in their career. The curriculum will include interactive sessions, periodic assignments, evaluations and multiple projects.

• Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of their performance in the DSBA Aptitude Test (DAT), past academic performances and work experience (if any) credits

• DAT will include several multiple choice questions or MCQs. The questions will test the applicant’s knowledge on logical reasoning, data interpretation and basic mathematics

• Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an online personal interview

• The interview will test the suitability of the candidates and be considered as the final round
