IIM Indore EMBA Placements 2022: Highest Package Offered at INR 70 Lakh; Check Details Here

New Delhi: IIM Indore has successfully concluded the Executive Post Graduate Program in Management, EPGP placements 2022, with the highest package being offered at INR 70 Lakh. 

The average CTC offered to the EPGP batch of 2022 at IIM Indore has reached a milestone by 28% to INR 25.4 LPA compared to the previous year. 

IIM Indore EPGP Placements 2022: Highlights 

The Executive Post Graduate Program in Management, is a sought-after flagship one-year full-time residential MBA program at IIM Indore. This year, a total of 57 EPGP students participated and all of them received lucrative offers. 

The highest domestic offer at the IIM Indore EPGP placements 2022 grew by a massive 114% to 70 LPA compared to last year.

The average of the top 25% of the offers made to EPGP students increased to 35.5 LPA, while the average of the top 50% of the offers was recorded at an impressive of INR 30.6 LPA.

During the placements, the cohort recorded 105% growth in the average package post-MBA compared to the average pre-MBA package.

The outstanding placement season witnessed by the EPGP batch of 2022 is an outcome of the perseverance and consistent efforts by the Institute, faculty, and students. 

Prof Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore thanked the corporate recruitment partners who showed immense faith and hired the EPGP students. 

He said that the EPGP participants are provided with significant international exposure through the International Immersion Program by SDA Bocconi and Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects with the University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS). 

IIM Indore EPGP Placements 2022: Leading Roles

Some of the prominent roles for which the students were hired included Vice President, Industry Principal, Senior Product Manager, Senior Director, Senior Manager, Lead Consultant, and Solution Architect. 

The institute recorded the participation of 62 recruiters during the IIM Indore EPGP placements 2022, of which 34 were the first time recruiters, taking part in the campus placement of the EPGP batch 2022. 

IIM Indore EPGP Placements 2022: Notable Recruiters 

Some of the renowned recruiters who participated in the placements were Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Cognizant Business Consulting, Conga, Decimal Technologies, Ernst & Young, FarEye, Hashedin by Deloitte, Hilti, IBM Consulting, Incture Tech, and Infosys Management Consulting, amongst others. 

Jio Platforms, MAQ Software, Mphasis, Philips, Publicis Sapient, Quantiphi, Standard Chartered and Virtusa were the major recruiters at the EPGP placements 2022.

As per recent updates, the institute is currently conducting its admission session for PGP program for the academic year 2022-24. The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their marks obtained in the CAT entrance examination.
