IIM Indore’s PGP Ranks First Under General Management Category

New Delhi: As per the latest Eduniversal Rankings 2022 released, the PGP program of the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM), Indore has secured the first rank among the top B-schools in India under the General management category.

Following the rankings, the IIM Indore has also received the 2nd rank amongst the top IIMs in India in the Eduniversal 4 Palmes Rankings 2022 under the top business schools with significant international influence category.

Talking about the ranks secured by the institute’s professional program, IIM Indore Director, Prof Himanshu Rai said, "We are delighted to receive the 2nd position in the 4 Palmes of Excellence category, one up from the previous year”.

“This reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our participants, faculty, and all the stakeholders of the institute who have contributed to the jump in the rank” he further added.

In the rankings released, the leading IIMs of India, IIM Indore was placed sixth this year in the General Management and Executive MBA categories for its Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Central Asia. The institute is also ranked 1st among IIMs and 5th in the nation.

Additionally, the Executive Post Graduate Program or EPGP of the IIM Indore has secured its rankings in Central Asia as 5th among IIMs and 9th in the nation. These achievements are a result of IIM Indore’s collaborations with 40 educational institutions in 18 countries.

Earlier, the institute joined hands with 40 institutes from around the world as part of its mission to stay a contextually relevant management school. Talking about the collaboration, Prof Himanshu Rai said, “These associations have strengthened our international presence”.

He added, “We will continue to strive to work better and enhance the curriculum that helps us develop socially conscious leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who contribute to nation-building and the world. Now we will aim to get into the 5 Palmes category”.

Eduniversal Rankings are released for top business schools every year. The rankings include top B-schools and institutes from 9 geographical zones such as Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, North America, Western Europe, and Oceania.

The reputation of the programs, student satisfaction rate, and compensation level of the first job following graduation are the three key criteria that form the basis of the Eduniversal Best Masters Rankings 2022. The ranks demonstrate leadership on a worldwide and national scale.
